I managed the Pikepoke online store, overseeing product uploads, descriptions, image updates, and inventory accuracy. I planned and executed e-mail marketing campaigns through Klaviyo, including design, content creation, automated flows, and performance optimization. My role also involved managing Google and Meta ad campaigns, handling audience targeting, ad creation, analytics, and continuous optimization. I directed and produced marketing visuals for both online and print campaigns, maintained the website, scheduled and published blog posts and product updates, and coordinated marketing activities to ensure visual consistency across all digital channels.
